A23D Outline
A2-Type · 2018

A wireframe exoskeleton alphabet derived from a 3D-printed letterpress commission for New North Press, available in a single Regular weight.
About
Born from a commission by New North Press in London, A23D Outline is the outward shell of A23D Solid, a mono-linear rounded skeleton designed to be extruded into a wireframe mesh and 3D printed as working letterpress type. The Outline variant exposes that mesh structure as a standalone display face, retaining the geometric, rounded character of its parent. Available in one weight, its use is naturally narrow but precise: headline work, print projects and contexts where the mechanical, gridded aesthetic is the point.
Classification
A mono-linear rounded geometric alphabet rendered as a wireframe exoskeleton, derived from a 3D-printed letterpress project. Its structural, technical character places it firmly in the display category.
