Originally drawn in a single weight with a limited character set for Matt Willey's design of AVAUNT Magazine, the family was reworked in 2016 with five weights running from Light to Bold. The serif letterforms give the stencil construction an elegance that suits editorial display work rather than purely industrial or military contexts. Language support was expanded alongside the weight range, making it more viable beyond its original commission.
