Ergonomics
A2-Type · 2009

A single-style display and signing face created for the Design Museum London's 2009 Ergonomics exhibition, distinguished by its arrow terminals.
About
Originally commissioned as a display and wayfinding typeface for the Design Museum London's 'Ergonomics – Real Design' exhibition in 2009–10, the family comprises three variants: the standard cut, a Closed version, and an Arrows version that foregrounds the distinctive directional terminals. The design is uppercase-only and purpose-built for large-scale headline use. Its exhibition origins give it a functional, institutional character that separates it from purely decorative display faces.
Classification
A single-style headline and signing face with arrow terminals, designed for exhibition signage and display purposes, placing it firmly in the display category with geometric sans characteristics.
