Part of a bespoke newspaper type system commissioned for the Irish Independent's 2018 redesign, these two width variants cover seven weights from Thin to Black and were built to handle the tight column measures of sports reporting and data-heavy graphics. The Condensed and X Condensed cuts share the humanist character of the broader Nuacht Sans while tolerating the compression needed for tabular and high-density editorial layouts. Variable font versions are available on request.
