RV Shaddick

A revival of Art Deco gold leaf shop-sign lettering from East London, available in two widths with conventional and backslanted italics.
About
Drawn from an old East London shop sign, the design combines precisely rendered Art Deco lettering with a contemporary edge across two master widths, One and Two. Each width comes with a standard 20° italic and a backslanted -20° italic, the latter a historical curiosity found in early specimens such as Figgins Seven Lines Pica, No. 2. The family ships as six pre-defined static styles plus a variable font spanning both width axes.
Classification
A revival of gold leaf shop-sign lettering with Art Deco proportions, designed exclusively for display use across two width masters with conventional and backslanted italic companions.
