Kyrios pairs a blackletter lowercase with a Lombardic uppercase, with geometric interiors, soft corners and Art Nouveau curves all drawn from carved lettering on a Victorian-era tombstone. The family runs from weight 400 to 1000 across a variable axis and ships in 15 static styles organised into Display, Standard and Text optical sizes, each adjusting proportions and letterform detail for its intended size. Alternate cap sets — including a blackletter uppercase and a simplified Roman — along with extensive OpenType features give it considerably more range than typical display blackletters, with extended Latin support covering 265-plus languages.
