Salome is atipo foundry's high-contrast display serif, sitting in the Didone family alongside Bodoni and Didot. The core family pairs a Regular and an Italic with a thin Fine cut, a Stencil cut and a geometric Deco cut, which gives it the range to run from elegant fashion mastheads to art-directed editorial covers. It includes true small caps, swash characters, stylistic alternates, lining and oldstyle figures, fractions, ordinals and discretionary ligatures, so it earns its keep across long-form layouts as well as logotypes. Latin Extended language support covers most European languages.
