A Swiss grotesque with a companion monospaced variant and an Arabic cut available on request.
About
T-Star follows the formal logic of the nineteenth-century grotesque: barely tapered junctions, flattened round shapes and a uniform stroke width with almost equal upper and lower bodies. Five weights from Light to Heavy are offered with italics, while the T-Star TW subfamily provides a monospaced version in Regular, Medium and Bold for tabular and technical work. An Arabic variant extends the family's reach beyond Latin.
Classification
T-Star displays classic grotesque traits: barely tapered junctions, flattened round shapes, low contrast with uniform stroke width, and a narrow M. These are defining characteristics of the nineteenth-century grotesque tradition.
