An Corp
Blaze Type · Matthieu Salvaggio, Léon Hugues, Pauline Fourest · 2025

A revival of the in-game text font from 1997's Ultima Online, redrawn from low-resolution pixels into a full Latin typeface with Lombardic capitals and slab serif construction.
About
Each glyph was traced over the original pixel letterforms to preserve their proportions, inheriting low contrast, orthogonal terminations and slab serifs that make it readable at small sizes. The collision of Lombardic uppercase characters with more contemporary lowercases produces a deliberately anachronistic texture. Its name draws from the Resurrection spell in Ultima Online, and the project pays tribute to the late Micael Priest, who is believed to have created the original in-game font.
Classification
The page describes An Corp as a hybrid Gothic typeface with low contrast, orthogonal terminations and slab serifs inherited from its pixel-font source, placing it firmly in the slab category with a blackletter-influenced Gothic character.
