Darker specimen from Blaze Type

A single-weight ultra-black slab display face designed around the tension between extreme stroke weight and barely-legible counter shapes.

About

Designed by Antonio Delisiis during studies at ECAL, Switzerland, the face pushes counter shapes to near-closing point, creating dense, modular letter clusters suited to headline and poster work. Short ascenders and descenders allow tight line-stacking, reinforcing its character as a compact titling tool. Available in one weight only, it pairs best with lighter, less aggressive text faces.

Classification

A single-weight ultra-heavy slab display typeface with extremely compressed counters, designed explicitly for titling and headline use. The foundry describes it as a 'super heavy slab display font', placing it firmly in the display slab category.
