A nine-style neo-grotesque display family by Matthieu Salvaggio and Malo Haffreingue, ranging from ultra-condensed rectangular counters to ultra-extended rounded forms, with wooden poster type as a key reference.
About
Spanning nine styles from Nano to Tera, the family traces a path from tightly compressed, rectangular counter shapes at one extreme to broad, rounded forms at the other, all within a single variable file. The design draws on the tradition of wooden display types documented by Rob Roy Kelly, reframed as a contemporary display tool for posters, banners and large-format headlines. Available as TTF, WOFF, WOFF2 and variable formats for Latin European languages.
Classification
Described as a neo-grotesque, the family spans ultra-condensed to ultra-extended widths with rectangular to rounded counter shapes, placing it firmly in display grotesque territory inspired by historical wooden poster types.
