Proximity specimen from Blaze Type

A 90-style display collection from Blaze Type that applies seven distinct textural treatments — braiding, dotting, pixel grids, horizontal and vertical lines, nibbled edges and pearls — to a shared sans-serif structure.

About

Each of the seven subfamilies shares the same underlying letterform geometry but is differentiated entirely by its infill treatment, from fine horizontal rules and pixel grids to pearl-like strokes and braided paths. Three weights run through each subfamily with matching italics, and the dot, pixel, HLine and VLine families carry additional density variants numbered 25 through 100, giving designers granular control over fill saturation. The system suits editorial, fashion and identity work where typographic texture is part of the visual language.

Classification

A display collection built on a shared sans-serif skeleton across seven structurally distinct subfamilies defined by textural infill treatments — braided strokes, dots, horizontal lines, pixel grids, vertical lines, nibbled edges and pearls — placing it firmly in the decorative/display category.
