Sature Rounded
Blaze Type · Nicolas Dupuis · 2025

A rounded geometric sans by Nicolas Dupuis, derived from large-print paper lettering and built around horizontal expansion for high-impact display use.
About
Drawn initially from large-print lettering on paper, the family replaces all sharp angles with rounded terminals and uses horizontal processing to give each letter a full, felt-tip quality. Five weights from ExtraLight to ExtraBold, each with an italic, are available as static fonts and as a single variable file. The name references the French word for saturation, and the family is intended for stacked, layered layouts where weight contrasts produce an overlap or doubling effect.
Classification
Rounded terminals on a geometric sans structure, derived from large-print lettering drawn on paper; the absence of sharp angles and the horizontal expansion give it a distinctly soft geometric character.
