Commercial Type · Berton Hasebe

Berton Hasebe's extreme display grotesque, drawn only in heavy weights across Condensed, standard and Wide widths for posters, mastheads and campaigns.
About
A heavy display grotesque by Berton Hasebe, with Panagiotis Haratzopoulos and Ilya Ruderman for non-Latin scripts. Druk runs from Medium up to Super only, with no light weights and no normal width, so the family stays focused on uncompromising bold display use. The three widths (Condensed, standard, Wide) plus matching Text cuts can be mixed for bold, expressive typographic layouts. It first appeared as a companion to Neue Haas Grotesk and pairs equally well with Atlas, Graphik and Marr Sans. Reach for it on magazine covers, posters, mastheads and campaign headlines.
Classification
Commercial Type describe Druk as a study in extremes: the narrowest, widest and heaviest typefaces in the Commercial Type library to date. Built without a normal width and without lighter-than-medium weights, focused on uncompromising bold display use across multiple widths.
