A clean geometric sans system by a Dalton Maag team, with Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 stylistic variants and ten writing systems.
About
A geometric sans system drawn by a team of Dalton Maag designers including Bruno Mello, Sahar Afshar, Carlos De Toro and Jonny Pinhorn. Three stylistic variants (Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3) swap alternates wholesale for adaptable humanism, classically geometric rounds, low-contrast strokes and blunt vertices. The variable font runs Weight from Hairline to Black with slanted italics, and the family supports ten writing systems including Arabic, Cyrillic, Devanagari, Greek, Hebrew and Thai. Built for branding, ui and signage at scale.
Classification
Dalton Maag describe Objektiv as a clean geometric sans with unique human appeal, with extensive Weight and Italic variable axes and three stylistic variants (Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3) for flexibility across applications and media.
