Pixel Font Project
A collection of 8-bit pixel fonts from Dharma Type, drawing on 1980s game design and mid-1990s pixel font conventions across fourteen stylistically varied subfamilies.
About
Each subfamily adapts a distinct historical reference point, from Art Deco and Fraktur to Gothic and stencil, rendered on a strict pixel grid at 10 or 20 units. The fonts are intended to be set at exact multiples of those sizes with anti-aliasing disabled to preserve the hard-edged, retro character. The range spans the Flat10 and Flat20 series alongside two Vigesimals entries, giving designers a broad palette within a consistent pixel-grid system.
Classification
These are deliberately constructed 8-bit pixel fonts built on a fixed grid, placing them firmly in the display/bitmap category with no continuous stroke forms.
