An abstract display face with letterforms derived from the smeared trace of lip rouge on glass.
About
The design takes its starting point from a literal image: lip rouge smeared across a windscreen, then abstracted into letterforms. The resulting shapes sit somewhere between organic and geometric, and the foundry notes that different viewers read them differently, some finding them natural, others mathematical or archaic. Best suited to editorial headlines, packaging or identity work where ambiguity and emotional charge are assets.
Classification
Highly abstracted letterforms inspired by smeared lip rouge make this a display typeface with no clear structural lineage; organic yet geometric qualities place it firmly in expressive or experimental display territory.
