Each letter, figure and punctuation mark was drawn four times by Stefan Marx, and a randomiser built into the font software selects between variants as you type, avoiding the mechanical repetition that betrays most digital handwriting faces. The family splits into three subfamilies — Simple, Bubble and Bubble Tight — plus an emoji pack of standard Apple icons redrawn in Marx's hand. Lightning bolt swashes and a strikethrough mistake function add further personality.
