A western-style slab serif from Dinamo that takes a genre usually left to under-extended free fonts and builds it out with 643 glyphs, 11,217 kerning pairs and coverage for over 127 languages.
About
Where most western slabs are poorly kerned free-font afterthoughts, this one is built with Dinamo's characteristic rigour: butterfly serifs, no alternate letterforms, and a glyph set that includes subscripts, superscripts and arbitrary fractions. The 397 accented characters extend coverage to over 127 languages, which is unusually thorough for a display typeface of this genre. Only a single weight is offered, and the no-mercy, no-alternates approach is very much by design.
Classification
A self-described western-style slab serif with Dinamo's signature butterfly serifs, placing it firmly in the display slab tradition associated with American woodtype and frontier typography.
