Emerging from 42 distinct cuts, Galapagos organises its characters across rounded, straight and angular styles, with hybrids combining any two or three of these axes. Each cut is available in five weights and in grid and non-grid versions, producing a sprawling system of 70 subfamilies in total. Stylistic alternates allow individual characters to shift position along a vertical grid, giving designers direct control over the letterform sequences within a composition.
