A modern reinterpretation of early grotesques with a distinctive 'elbow pipe' terminal detail running across many characters, available in eight weights with matching italics.

About

Built on the bones of nineteenth-century grotesque tradition, the design introduces a recurring 'elbow pipe' shape in letters such as a, f, j, t, R, Q and 1, giving the family a consistent mechanical character. Sixteen styles span Light through UltraBlack with matching italics throughout. Synthetic punctuation and quotes sharpen the contemporary feel without breaking the familiar grotesque rhythm.

Classification

A low-contrast sans-serif in the tradition of early grotesques, with utilitarian construction and mechanical details. The distinctive 'elbow pipe' terminals align it closely with nineteenth-century grotesque models while the synthetic punctuation adds a contemporary edge.
