Built on a decade of work, Geogrotesque Sharp takes the existing Geogrotesque design and simplifies its more idiosyncratic details to produce a cleaner, more versatile face. Seven widths run from XCompressed through to Expanded, each in seven weights from Thin to Bold with matching italics, totalling 98 static styles plus a variable font. The removal of ink traps and rounded corners shifts the family toward screen and web use while preserving the underlying geometric structure.
