Originally released in 1929 by the Leipzig foundry Ludwig Wagner, Triumph was a forgotten wood type design brought back by Ralf Herrmann working from the original source material. The single-style revival covers Win 1252 and Mac Roman codepages, making it broadly usable for Western language display work. Best suited to logos, headlines and editorial contexts where its historic character can carry weight.
