Sebenta takes the low-contrast, bracketed-serif structure of the Clarendon tradition and tempers it with angled terminals borrowed from old-style typefaces like Bookman, applied to both capitals and lowercase. The result softens the industrial solidity typical of most slab serifs with gentle modulations and ball terminals, giving the family an unusual warmth for the genre. Eighteen styles across nine weights with matching italics make it a credible workhorse for editorial, print and screen contexts.
