Designed by Ani Dimitrova, Viktoria Usmanova and Stefan Yatanski, Combina combines Futura-influenced geometric forms with a romantic script derived in part from American Script in Pettingill & Co.'s 1901 Copper Alloy Type Book. Contextual alternates engine switches between the two styles automatically, producing contrasting texture without manual intervention. Covers Extended Latin and Cyrillic with OpenType features including stylistic sets, ligatures and case-sensitive glyphs, and is available as a variable font.
