Panton
Fontfabric · Ivan Petrov, Svetoslav Simov · 2015

A softened geometric sans from Fontfabric spanning 54 styles across standard, narrow and icon subfamilies, with broad multilingual support.
About
Designed by Ivan Petrov and Svetoslav Simov and released in 2015, Panton applies gently softened geometric forms across ten weights from Thin to Fat, each with a matching italic. The Narrow subfamily mirrors nine of those weights for tighter settings, and a suite of 16 icon fonts rounds out the family. Version 3.0 added Bulgarian localisation, tabular figures and case-sensitive punctuation, making it a practical choice for branding, editorial and screen work across multiple languages.
Classification
Panton draws on classic grotesque traditions while applying softened geometric forms throughout, placing it firmly in the geometric sans category with humanist warmth around the terminals.
