Trixy
Fontfabric · Viktoria Usmanova, Ivelina Martinova · 2025

A condensed display serif drawing on Soviet-era Cyrillic book lettering, offered in two stylistic variants with variable font support.
About
Trixy comes in two subfamilies: Stories, with refined ligatures and stylistic alternates, and Tales, which pushes the expression further with sharper details and elongated swash-like legs. Both share narrow proportions, high contrast and vertical serifs rooted in mid-20th century Cyrillic typographic heritage. Ten static styles run from Light to Bold across the two subfamilies, accompanied by variable font versions, with coverage across Latin and Cyrillic scripts.
Classification
A high-contrast condensed serif with sharp vertical serifs and swash details inspired by Soviet-era Cyrillic lettering, firmly in the display category given its narrow proportions, eccentric details and two expressive stylistic subfamilies.
