Rooted in early nineteenth-century Didone conventions, Zina pairs light, lightly bracketed serifs with prominent ball terminals and decorative inline strokes that run through the thick parts of each letterform. That inline treatment is the typeface's defining characteristic, giving letters a faceted, cut-glass quality that only reads well at subheadline sizes and above. Available in one static style with coverage for 135 languages across an extended Latin character set.
