Designed by Brian Brubaker and Mattox Shuler, Figure draws on the idiosyncrasies of 19th-century American gothic wood type to produce a sans with genuine warmth and character. Forty styles spread across Condensed, Narrow, Standard and Extended widths, each running from Regular to Heavy with matching italics. The breadth of the family makes it adaptable across display and text settings without losing the quirk that distinguishes it from purely neutral grotesques.
