Morpeth

A condensed sans originally drawn for Morpeth Borough's wayfinding system, built for signage and space-constrained typography.
About
Designed for a municipal wayfinding brief, it carries open counters and a generous x-height that sustain legibility at small sizes and at distance. Six weights are available as OpenType fonts with small caps, discretionary ligatures, four sets of numerals and broad Latin coverage including Central European, Baltic and Turkish. Short descenders and a tight width make it a practical choice for sub-headings and body copy where space is tight.
