Bitcount Single Ink specimen from Google Fonts

The ink-filled counterpart to Bitcount Single, adding a richer, denser texture to the same dot-matrix letterforms.

About

Bitcount Single Ink takes the same pixel-grid scaffolding as its sibling but fills nodes more fully, producing a heavier visual impression that reads better at smaller display sizes. It works well in contexts where the lo-fi digital aesthetic needs a little more weight and presence, such as packaging, posters, or motion graphics. The pairing of both Bitcount variants allows for layered or contrasting typographic effects.

Classification

Bitcount Single Ink shares the dot-grid matrix structure of Bitcount Single but applies an ink-trap or filled-node treatment that gives letters a slightly denser, more printed quality. The construction remains modular and pixel-derived throughout.
