Felices Para Siempre specimen from Herzberg Design

Custom title lettering and credit typography designed for a low-budget short film, built on Fang Italic with bespoke capitals and swashes.

About

Drawn for director Jonathan Herzberg's short film, the title lettering takes Fang Italic as a structural base before introducing custom capitals and decorative swashes suited to the film's tone of distorted romance. Credit slides pair the lettering with hand-scanned flowers collected around New Orleans, the analogue texture keeping the floral motif from reading as sentimental. The project marks the first official use of Fang Roman and Italic in a public context.

Classification

Hand-drawn custom lettering with swashes and bespoke capitals, built on the Fang Italic skeleton; categorised as display due to its bespoke, one-off illustrative nature for a film title.
