An Egyptian slab serif by Jonathan Hoefler, drawn from the heavy slab traditions of nineteenth-century broadsides and wood type. Five weights from Light to Black, with the heaviest cuts doing most of the work. Released as part of The Proteus Project, sharing widths and weights with Acropolis, Saracen and Leviathan so the four families can be combined in the same setting. Built for posters, packaging and editorial mastheads.
