A wide monolinear geometric sans with horizontally cut strokes, a large x-height and short ascenders and descenders, available in nine static weights and as a variable font.

About

Horizontally clipped stroke terminals set against rounded verticals give Hurme Tek №1 its distinctive mechanical rhythm, referencing technical and industrial lettering traditions. The wide proportions and large x-height make it well suited to display use and interfaces where legibility at size matters. Nine static weights from Thin to Black are complemented by a single-axis variable font for flexible deployment.
