Nomos Sans draws on both classic modernism and internet-age aesthetics, using simple letterforms and blunt junctions between diagonal and vertical stems to achieve its raw quality. The family ships with over 1000 characters and an extensive set of OpenType alternates, including single- and double-storey 'a' forms, alternate 'l', 'I', 'J', 'y' and 'Y', square punctuation, and both proportional and oldstyle figures. Variable font files cover the full weight range in upright and italic, making the family suited to screen-first work where flexibility across weights is needed.
