Brinca Variable Font specimen from In-House Intl

A full-spectrum variable font shifting between sharp angular forms and rounded bouncy letters, designed for expressive brand and packaging work.

About

Designed by Alexander Wright, Rodrigo Fuenzalida and Michu Benaim Steiner, Brinca spans three distinct moods along a single variable axis: tight angular pleats, a neutral upright sans and inflated bouncy letterforms. Available as a single variable .ttf or five static OpenType files, it covers uppercase and lowercase Latin alphabets, numerals, punctuation and diacritics including Ñ. The wide stylistic range makes it a practical tool for brand systems, book covers, packaging and event promotions where visual variety is needed within a single typeface.

Classification

A variable display typeface spanning from sharp compressed forms to bouncy rounded letters; its expressive, non-text-setting nature and extreme stylistic range place it firmly in display territory.
