Oceanic Gothic

A grotesque sans companion to the Oceanic serif families, drawing on late 19th and early 20th-century sans-serif models across six weights with matching italics and variable font support.
About
Designed as a counterpart to the Oceanic and Oceanic Text serif families, it borrows individual letter characteristics from Oceanic Display to maintain a shared typographic personality. Six weights run from Light to Poster, each with an italic, and the full family is also available as a variable font. Script coverage spans Extended Latin and Cyrillic, making it suited to a broad range of editorial and display work.
Classification
Inspired by early sans-serifs of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Oceanic Gothic sits firmly in the grotesque tradition with its display-oriented character and period-influenced letterforms.
