About
Cresta was designed without a historical reference, with every decision driven by what worked best for a general-purpose sans serif family. A large x-height, wide counters and generous apertures make it sturdy at small sizes on screen, while distinctive details — angled stroke joins on the n and idiosyncratic terminals on the lowercase r — give heavier weights a clear personality. The family spans Hairline to Black, each with a matching italic, and includes small caps, tabular figures and a broad Latin language set.
