JT Comet
July Type · Edward Dżułaj, Nika Langosz, Lev Rastvortsev

A warm, chunky display typeface collectively designed by three designers, drawing from the charm of shop window lettering and food packaging vernacular.
About
Designed collaboratively by Edward Dżułaj, Nika Langosz and Lev Rastvortsev at July Type, JT Comet takes its spirit from Heinz Hoffmann's Herold Reclameschrift without functioning as a revival. Soft curves and playful proportions reference the hand-lettered signage of ice cream trucks and food packaging, giving it a friendly, approachable tone suited to branding work. Available in Regular and Italic, with Latin and Cyrillic script support.
Classification
A chunky, warm display typeface with soft curves and lettering-inspired character, drawing from shop window and food packaging vernacular rather than fitting neatly into a geometric or grotesque tradition.
