Domaine Display
Klim Type Foundry · Kris Sowersby · 2013

A sharp display serif with triangular serifs and hooked terminals, fit for fashion, luxury and editorial mastheads at large sizes.
About
A sharp display serif by Kris Sowersby that blends French and British genres, with bracketed triangular serifs, distinctive hooked terminals and italics inspired by Deberny & Peignot's Labeurs Ordinaires Série. Six weights run from Regular to Black, and the family extends into Domaine Display Narrow and Domaine Display Condensed, which hold their elegance at tight measures. The contemporary alternative to HTF Didot or Bodoni when a luxury, fashion or editorial brand wants the sharpness without the chill.
Classification
Klim classifies it as Modern: Transitional/Latin; a sharp, elegant serif blending French and British genres, with bracketed triangular serifs and hooked terminals; italics inspired by Deberny & Peignot's Labeurs Ordinaires Série.
