The letterforms originate from an analysis of completed crossword puzzles, with peculiarities of handwriting collected, categorised and unified into a single family. Five stylistic flavours range from soft and cheerful to sharp and aggressive, each accessible via stylistic sets, and a tight punctuation feature allows extremely compact setting even with accented characters. With 2,125 glyphs covering Latin Extended-A and nine weights from Thin to Black, it is aimed at posters, branding and expressive display work.
