Designed by Göran Söderström and released in 2025, Ivar Script extends the Ivar italic into connected script territory, keeping the elegance of a formal serif italic while introducing the flow of a handwritten hand. Three optical sizes — Large, Medium and Small — are sold as a single package, each tuned for different contexts. Contextual Alternates handle connections automatically, while three Stylistic Sets give typographers manual control over capital-to-lowercase joins, alternate capitals and trailing connecting tails.
