Kronik Vision
lo-ol Type · Noheul Lee, Loris Olivier

A display slab serif from lo-ol Type with pronounced contrast between circular and standardised letterforms, built across nine weights for headline use.
About
Designed by Noheul Lee and Loris Olivier, Kronik Vision pairs heavy slab serifs with a strong structural tension between circular shapes and conventional forms such as n, m and r. Each of the nine weights from Thin to Black carries an oblique companion drawn in the grotesque slanted tradition rather than a conventional italic, preserving the family's structural robustness. The lightest weights approach monolinear contrast, while the heaviest weights lean into sharp optical drama suited to large-scale display work.
Classification
Described explicitly as a slab-serif family designed for large-size titles and headlines, with strong structural contrast between circular and standardised letterforms, placing it firmly in the display slab category.
