Ortank Hangeul
lo-ol Type · Noheul Lee

A geometric grotesque spanning Latin and Korean Hangeul, available in nine weights across separate text and display optical sizes with variable font support.
About
Designed by Noheul Lee, Ortank Hangeul extends the geometric grotesque principles of the original Ortank into the Korean script, pairing radically simplified letterforms with classical lineale grotesque influence. Nine weights run from Thin to Black in both Text and Display subfamilies, with the Display cuts pushing sharpness to its extreme at heavier settings. Variable fonts covering weight and optical size axes are included, and the Latin character set covers an exceptionally broad range of languages.
Classification
Ortank Hangeul applies geometric construction principles drawn from the lineale grotesque tradition to the Korean Hangeul script alongside Latin, making it a geometric grotesque spanning two writing systems.
