About
Originally commissioned for the Latin American restaurant Curiosa by Jean-Georges at the Four Seasons Doha, Seminario takes its formal cues from early twentieth-century Mexican magazine typography. Its low contrast, feather-light strokes and carefully considered alternate sets — including floating capitals, underlined forms and roman capitals — make it best suited to large-scale, short-text applications. The family spans nine weights from Thin to Black, available as static cuts or as a single variable font.
