On a mission to create the world's biggest index of typefaces from the world's best type foundries

displaymodular stencil
TwoStencil specimen from Muirmcneil

A modular stencil typeface built entirely from horizontal and vertical strokes, released in two terminal variants across nine weights each as part of MuirMcNeil's Two Type System.

About

TwoStencil is constructed from a strict grid of horizontal and vertical strokes, available in Soft (rounded terminals) and Hard (square terminals) versions, each in nine weights. Each version splits further into subcomponent typefaces, allowing the horizontal and vertical stroke weights and styles to be mixed independently or combined with other typefaces across MuirMcNeil's broader Two Type System. The design is conceived not as a standalone alphabet but as one element within an expansive, harmonically integrated typographic framework.

Classification

TwoStencil is a display typeface built entirely from horizontal and vertical strokes in a modular grid system, functioning as a stencil-style constructed type rather than a conventional readable text face.
