displaygeometric modular
TwoString Typefaces specimen from Muirmcneil

A modular geometric family built on a system of two-string strokes in three resolutions and two terminal variants, designed to combine with other typefaces across MuirMcNeil's Two Type System.

About

TwoString uses stroke counts of three, five and nine lines to produce three distinct resolutions of the same underlying letterform structure, each available in round or square terminal variants. Every style also comes in modulated stroke weights and disassembled sub-component formats, allowing designers to mix parts across the system. The family is not conceived as a standalone alphabet but as one layer within MuirMcNeil's broader Two Type System, where glyphs from different sub-families are calibrated to work together harmoniously.

Classification

A modular, multilinear geometric display family built on a strict system of strokes and sub-components rather than conventional letterform construction; the system-based, non-independent design language places it firmly in experimental geometric display territory.
