Neue Sammlung Stencil carries the circular, Bauhaus-inflected geometry of the wider Neue Sammlung family into stencil territory, retaining the uniwidth spacing system alongside italic and Text variants. A variable font file combines weight and italic axes, with a separate stencil variable file that includes the italic and text options. Twenty stylistic sets and a broad suite of OpenType features allow the designer to tune the voice from strict to playful across any weight.
Classification
Built on strict circular geometry in the Bauhaus tradition, the stencil variant adds cut apertures to the underlying geometric sans construction, placing it firmly in display territory.
