Distilled from the broader Allium family by Cyrus Highsmith with assistance from June Shin and Cem Eskinazi, Allium Text adjusts proportions and spacing to perform at smaller sizes where the original was not designed to sit. The deliberate increase in contrast between the inside and outside of each letter broadens its legibility range without sacrificing the warmth of the humanist model. Four weights from Light to Black, each with an italic, and thorough coverage across Latin, Cyrillic and Greek make it a capable choice for complex editorial environments.
