Built on the aesthetic of small street-shop signage, Barriecito carries an intentional amateur quality and rhythmic contrast that suits warm, lively and promotional contexts. It extends the earlier Barrio typeface by adding a lowercase, resulting in 1,234 glyphs with diacritics covering more than 30 languages. Intended for screens, billboards, magazines and promotional material where an informal, energetic tone is required.
